Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Operations Manager will oversee and take responsibility for the day to day operations for our growing business; with special attention to online sales fulfilment, vendor relationship management, and operations inventory and budget tracking.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Properly manage and maintain operational budget.
  • Responsible for overseeing sales (online and retail) and affiliate program, including tracking and metrics for both.
  • Monitor the hiring and training of all staff.
  • Properly delegate, monitor, and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team.
  • Responsible for managing disciplinary actions involving all employees.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service in a high volume online retail environment.
  • Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues.
  • Plan and promote special marketing events on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for ensuring that online order fulfillment is operationally sound.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of three years of Managerial experience.
  • Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company required outreach programs.

Social Media Manager

Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will administer our social media accounts. They will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. They will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. They will be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

Sales Representative

Job Description:

We’re looking for a self-motivated and growth-minded individual to establish and cultivate sales accounts with gyms and retailers throughout Northern California.
The Sales Representative will work with the Sales Director to identify leads, make contact with purchasing managers at brick and mortar retail locations, and coordinate opportunities for sales calls, and/or represent the brand with an information table.
This Sales Team is ultimately responsible for generating early-stage growth and maintaining critical client relationships that will lay the foundation for further expansion. Applicants should be familiar with the CrossFit fitness community, and be comfortable interacting with a variety of High Intensity Athletes, across a spectrum of other sports as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify viable business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and execute client outreach via multiple methods (e.g. Email campaigns, cold calls, walk-ins).
  • Cultivate prospects into customers through regular, structured contact and disciplined follow up.
  • Completing required contracts to finalize new business and associated documentation.
  • Documentation of all client interactions into company CRM database.
  • Daily visits brick and mortar retail facilities including: grocery stores, supplement shops, and gyms.
  • Interact directly with customers to share the benefits of NeuAxiom products.

Job Description:

Customer Service Sales Representative: Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Fortune 100 clients. Assists with sales, complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.
